Micro-Pause

Incorporation of micro-pause habits in the organization.

Duration 1 month

 

Micro-pause is a simple mental and body self-care technique.

Neuroscience shows us that moving the body has a fundamental impact on mental and emotional well-being.

 

Establish the Micro-Pause habit:

  • It prevents and decreases stress, anxiety, work casualties, and the Burnout index.

  • Increase concentration, focus, and efficacy.

  • It generates trust, interaction, and a sense of belonging among the people on the team

 

Participants get:

A specific tool with personalized accompaniment to:

  • Know what are the areas of the body that suffer especially for being sitting so long.

  • Learn to mobilize them to keep them healthy and flexible, investing about 3 minutes a day.

  • Learn to observe body sensations to get:

- Practice listening to the body.

- Return to the present.

- Balancing the cerebral tonsil that is the stress trigger as demonstrated by neuroscience.

- Generate micro-pause habits.

 

The company obtains:

Offer a specific tool with personalized accompaniment to:

  • Increase the capacity to self-regulate stress.

  • Increase attention and efficiency capacity.

  • Improve interpersonal relationships.

Team Building Workshop: To increase the sense of belonging:

Proposals and fun dynamics with the aim of approaching and joining team members.

It is shown that sharing good times unites people.

 

Workshop to promote mental calm:

The objective of this workshop is to deepen the calm, attention, and mental approach through individual and team dynamics. Neuroscience demonstrates that a calm mind is creative, organized, and effective.

 

Non-violent communication workshop:

It is a technique developed by the American psychologist Marshall Rosenberg to communicate with care and efficiency, create connection and bring people closer to a positive impact on the company's communication.

After having worked with a client, a personalized accompaniment service is offered to maintain the welfare achieved.
