  • What is employee wellbeing? 
    Employee wellbeing is about helping your employees to thrive, as the best possible version of themselves. When employees feel supported, valued, cared for, safe and listened to, that’s when their wellbeing is at its best.
  • How do you improve employee mental health and wellbeing? How is your methodology?
    Our method called CONFORME appointed is based on 3 large pillars that relate and nourish each other: 1- Consciousness: "Momar" consciousness through guided self-observation. 2- Form: the use of various techniques that come from mindfulness, yoga, coaching and meditation among others. 3- Measure: the collection and analysis of data by the person, allows to register, know and understand the current moment of the people in the organization to establish constant improvement action strategies towards welfare.
  • What does it mean to proactively support employee mental health?  
    We believe in taking a preventative approach to mental health and wellbeing, by supporting people before they get unwell. Creating a culture that allows people to invest time in self-care, with role models in leadership, is the healthiest approach by far.
  •  Why is workplace wellbeing so important?
    When you invest in employee wellbeing, you’re likely to see improved productivity, better levels of employee engagement, reduced absenteeism and, a stronger employer brand, higher retention levels, lower sickness costs and less attrition.
  •  How does exercise support mental health? 
    Exercise enhances mood, increases energy, and heightens mental alertness; regular exercise has been proven to aid sleep, reduce stress, build self-esteem, prevent the development of mental illness, and improve quality of life for those living with mental ill-health.

    We have recently launched an employee wellbeing app, so whether it’s in our live digital classes, our on-demand wellbeing challenges, or via our educational materials, we are able to support businesses and teams of all sizes and abilities.
  • How is Your Support of the Work Place?
    Our job is helping leaders to create the healthiest, most productive workplaces possible; to foster a sense of community, and nurture a culture of wellbeing. As well as weekly fitness classes and wellbeing support (focusing on everything from nutrition and movement, to rest and connection), we help organizations to understand the impact of wellbeing at work, and give them the steps to achieve it.
