Our Story

byWellbeing was born in an organic way in 2019 in response to the request of the CEO of a technological startup that seeks an external service that takes care of the well-being of its team.
In response to this request, we got together three professionals with a long global experience to present an intervention plan that responded to the concerns of that manager in a human, strategic, measurable, and profitable way.
We agreed on a 9 -month renewable intervention plan that was a success for the company. As a result of our intervention, stress decreased, motivation increased, work absenteeism was non -existent and the sense of belonging of the team is reflected in the voluntary rotation index that was zero, during the time we were taking care of the team; for 3 years.
Fruit of this experience we realized the real need that companies have. And that is why this project has been taking shape, firmness, and impulse.
We currently serve companies committed to common values; they are convinced that the well-being of their employees is key to the success of everyone.
