Education: Well-being for Leaders

The most powerful way that a leader has to change the mentality of the people he works with is by helping them more broadly and by themselves using coach-type skills.

 

With this intensive course, creativity indices are increased using coaching as a tool to generate well-being.

Listening and asking questions that help reflect, without intervening in the content of the discourse of the person we talk to, can change the way he sees herself and the world around her.

 

The latest neuroscience advances show that coaching can lead to a change of permanent and positive behavior. The leader will have the opportunity to learn to use Coach Type communication when appropriate to achieve the business results that everyone wants to increase.

 

In this course, you will see why coaching skills are useful and will be practiced to distinguish between the different types of communication from a leader and know how and when to use them. You will have the opportunity to practice different conversations using feedback, mentoring, and coaching skills during practice sessions. It will also be seen when it is appropriate to have coaching conversations.

 

The learning that will take place in this course will be reinforced by the fact of sharing leadership experiences at work, so we need the full participation of all. This sharing generates an improvement in the relationship between leaders who participate in the program and skills training, and sharing also has an impact on their teams and collaborators.

 

Structure and contents of the course: During the formation, presence capacity is implemented through stopping and becoming aware.
